Privacy Policy

What this covers

This policy explains what information Serophin collects when you visit serophin.com or send us a message, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive your full name, your email address, the type of request you picked and your message. We use them only to read and answer your message.

Your message reaches us as an email in our inbox. We do not keep it in a separate database, and we delete it once we no longer need it to answer you or to keep a record of our conversation.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may remember your light or dark theme preference in its local storage; it never leaves your device.

Bot protection

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not an automated program, is sending the message. To do that, Cloudflare processes information about your browser and device. See the Turnstile privacy addendum for details.

Who processes it

We rely on a few service providers to run this site: Cloudflare serves the site and the bot check, Amazon Web Services runs the contact form and delivers its email, and Google Workspace hosts our inbox. Like most web services, they may keep technical logs, including your IP address, for security and to keep their services running.

We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else, unless the law requires us to.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, through the contact page.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
